I’m an ICF-certified coach and co-founder of reesmarx.com, an international recruitment firm supporting clients across a wide range of sectors and cultures. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about helping people grow, adapt and thrive whether navigating change, building leadership capability or shaping the next stage of their career.
I work with individuals and organisations across sectors, coaching leaders, managers, teams and emerging talent. I support clients through key transitions, including redundancy, internal promotion, return to work, career change, portfolio careers and planning for different life stages.
My coaching style is calm, collaborative and results-focused, offering space for honest reflection and building clear, practical steps forward. I’m passionate about helping people shape careers and lives that are meaningful, resilient and aligned with their values.
As an Associate Coach, I’ve recently worked with clients including British Airways, BNP Paribas and Tesco on coaching and development programmes that enhance leadership effectiveness and team performance. I also support individuals across all sectors through career transitions and redundancy, helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.
