RMX Coaching was created to extend this work beyond hiring, focusing on career development, progression and long-term impact.

My approach is practical, collaborative and focused on building clear, actionable steps forward.
As an Associate Coach, I’ve worked with global organisations and FTSE-listed companies including British Airways, BNP Paribas and Tesco on coaching and development programmes that strengthen leadership capability and team performance. I also support individuals through career transition, helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.
