Jen Dalgleish

I’m a leadership and career coach with over 25 years of experience in global talent, HR and career development. I founded RMX coaching to do what I've always been most passionate about - helping people grow, lead with confidence and shape careers that genuinely work for them.  

Before founding RMX, I co-founded reesmarxGLOBAL, an international recruitment and business expansion firm and that background shaped my understanding of organisations, hiring decisions and career dynamics in a fast-changing and increasingly complex work environment.

I work with organisations and professionals across sectors, coaching leaders, managers and emerging talent. I support clients at pivotal career moments, including leadership transitions, internal progression and career change. My approach is practical, collaborative and focused on building clear, actionable steps forward.

As an Associate Coach, I’ve worked with global organisations and FTSE-listed companies including British Airways, BNP Paribas and Tesco on coaching and development programmes that strengthen leadership capability and team performance. I also support individuals through career transition, helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.

I'm a Barefoot-trained coach and licensed CCS Career Coach. As an ICF PCC accredited and a qualified Mental Health First Aider I combine professional rigour with commitment to the wellbeing of the people I work with.
